DUNEY Return Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality products and strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is tailored to the type of product you purchase, so please review the following guidelines carefully:

DUNEY Leashes and Slip Leads

We offer a 30-day return policy for all DUNEY Leashes and Slip Leads. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please note that any signs of use or damage caused by improper care or handling may disqualify the item from being eligible for a return.

All apparel items are made-to-order and, as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To avoid sizing concerns, we highly recommend using the provided sizing guide before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
